This is first time I'm under Dexter as property management. Mr. Connor Rowan is our property manager. He's a wonderful and dedicated professionals whom I never seen in property management field. He deserves 10 star instead of 5 star. He always on time, punctual, and reply emails like in within few minutes or max hours. He takes care of issues and more importantly he listens the voice of his customers and think inside and outside of the issues. He's so kind and generous. We have been dealing with Jimmy Dhindra and wanted to let others know what they can expect, should they ever contact Dexters or Jimmy. Every contact we have had with Dexters has been a very professional one. Friendly with correct information and no long waiting times. Especially when dealing with Jimmy, he would always be upbeat and either call or mail back really quickly. He is consistently ready to help and flexible if needed. When he went on annual leave, he made sure we knew who was his temporary replacement and included them in mails way ahead of the start of his annual leave. From start to finish the guys at Dexters Isleworth we’re just fantastic. They really are so on the ball when it comes to promoting, putting the word out and arranging viewings. They checked in constantly through every stage and really made us feel like we were being looked after. In the final stages of selling they were excellent at chasing up any loose ends and advocating for us if things were moving too slowly.
