They sell DEATH TRAPS. Exhaust was cracked from top to bottom and fell of on the motorway (not covered under their warranty funnily enough). After a year (September 2020) car fails MOT on nearly everything including steering wheel alignment, exhaust and suspension, oil leaks. Mechanic said this was caused way way before I had the car. THIS COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I will be reporting to trading standards 100%. ***** Answering your reply ***** Liars. You do have records as I called you 3 months after the sale to get an explanation for the back box silencer corrosion and your staff said that exhausts and any related were not covered by your warranty. After taking it to a reputable mechanic at Halfords they said that it was sold to me with multiple disguised faults on the exhaust and 3 months could not cause the inspected damage. I had reoccurring issues ever since as a result of patch work mechanics by yourselves in order to sell the car. Eventually this September it has be sold for parts. The most disappointing purchase of my life. It looked like a great car, why not just put the work in and STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR QUICK MONEY. I probably would have bought at a slightly higher price. Be careful people.....

Went with my partner to this showroom yesterday as he is looking to buy a new Mercedes and drove from Reading to London to view a car we saw advertised online. Firstly, the customer service could have been much better. The girl on reception in the office showed us the car, plus another similar one and didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the cars at all. She couldn’t even get the engine sizes right for the cars even though it was written down on the sheets of paper for each relevant car. We wanted to do a test drive but we were told that this would not be possible until Wednesday when the full AA inspection plus a full service would be completed on the car. On looking at other negative feedback we now see that they charge a refundable £100 for a test drive with £10 retained as an administration fee. At no point was this mentioned whilst we were there. We decided that we really wanted the car and after trying to negotiate a slightly better deal which they wouldn’t budge from, my partner agreed to pay the full price with the £500 non-refundable deposit for the car to be paid that day, with the plan to return Wednesday, test drive the car and hopefully with no faults, drive it away that day. However, the receptionist/sales lady said we wouldn’t HAVE to pay the £500 deposit as we were a bit uncomfortable paying it without test driving first and she confirmed on more than one occasion after double and triple checking with her, that we had her word for it that she would not let the car be sold to anyone else. Basically, she promised it was ours for Wednesday. Well, today, Tuesday, she has called to say that someone had just received finance on the car and it has been sold to them instead. She seemed not to care AT ALL that she had broken her promise and all she could say was “sorry, there is nothing I can do”. This was a massive disappointment and we have asked for the manager to call back of which surprise, surprise, he hasn’t. This led us to check reviews about this showroom and we’re now thinking we may have had a lucky escape. Avoid this place as the customer service is terrible, they do not keep their promises and have no respect for their customers.

Fake Warranty and Faulty cars please avoid. majority of the cars might be accident cars and fixed for temporary to fool the eye. Have had major problems with this company car stopped after a week and lost a lot of money. Bought car for 11k and sold it for 3k as faulty gearbox. the 1 year warranty they offer was covering £100 of a £8000 automatic gearbox. better buy private or anywhere else.

Stay away from this company please sold a dodgy van and lied continuously about repair Wow can't believe your reply and what a total lie. The Van was returned to you on 2 occasions for repairs only on day 1 and then 1 week after purchasing. You have failed to repair the issue so I have advised I will take it to a real garage as you have admitted you are not mechanics. You have refused to show me proof of any work carried out on the repair you carried out. I have advised you I can not return the van as I have kitted it out with oven cleaning racking and sign written the Van not touched the engine so to say I'm hiding modifications just shows what a joke your company is and people need to know how you operate. All I have asked is you pay for the bill from the real garage doing the work correctly and you have refused so I will see you in court

Do not buy car from them! Bought the car from them and from day 1 I had an issue 1 after another! I'm left now to deal with the car A1 warranty they provided and been more without the car than on the road and costing me even more money!
