    I am very impressed with the professional, quality and swift service I received from Autolux- all staff are very professional and give attention to individual customer requirements - I felt very comfortable and looked after when purchasing my car. The quality of the car itself was also top. Highly recommend this car dealership.

    Awful service, I had a viewing booked and confirmed. Halfway in to my 2 hour journey I called them to say I was still on my way, I was told someone else came to view the car. They didn’t even let me know before hand and I wasted 4 hours of my precious time and my petrol on the M25 stuck in traffic.

    Purchased my car on the weekend that I was looking forward to picking up. Huge thanks to Adam for sorting this and making it happen as there was a few little issues with collecting the car that was at no one’s fault and couldn’t be helped but Adam accommodated us and made sure we were able to pick up the car on the said date and that we did. There was however miss communication in regards to the Brake pads and discs being changed that on pick up we could see had not been done. We were then told that wasn’t said when it was definitely said prior. I had a friend go to see the car for me and this was also said to him prior collection as well as over the phone. We questioned it and was told only the pads on the front and back and on further inspection we could see that the rear pads have not been changed. Only the fonts were changed. Wether they needed to be done is another story, being told they are going to be changed and then seeing that they haven’t is disappointing. No disrespect towards the lady who dealt with us but we found her coming across as rude, especially over the phone and a chain of events that occurred she wasn’t very accommodating. And after being told she would get back to us on a numerous amount of times she never did which kept us in the dark on not knowing what’s happening as a customer we don’t know how things work in the motor trade so we appreciate any communication when promised. It was advertised as having Apple Car Play & Wireless charging but sadly it didn’t. This was listed on the Auto Trader under the Specifications list but sadly prior to driving away we noticed it didn’t have this. All in all happy with the car itself and On arrival Adam was very welcoming. Hope this is seen as structural criticism and of course agree to disagree but this was our experience.     *DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE* bought a car of these bandits and it broke down after just 5 week they want it away to be repaired and had it for 8 weeks for it to break Down again after 20 mins of having it back. They have left me with out a car and the service was no existent ride on the phone no response to emails they have completely ripped me off. *DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE*
