First class service from start to finish. Excellent communications both via telephone and social media. Extremely helpful and reassuring, with special mention to Jamie and Joe and driver Andy. This is the first car I’ve ever bought over the internet and I relied on Jamie and Joe to provide information, photos and videos and that’s exactly what they did. So when it comes to searching for a new car I usually avoid it till I really have to as I hate dealing with the usual type of car sellers who give you all the banter when trying to push you to buy their cars. ULEZ forced my hand so ended up on Autotrader when I discovered Draytons and to be honest i'm so glad I did! Found the car I had been searching for so contacted them for a test drive. I dealt with Jamie who was very helpful and made the process so easy. There was no hard sell and I felt like I could walk away without being pushed into buying there and then so felt zero pressure. Alex wrapped up the sale a few days later who was equally friendly and helped me with navigating the tech pack in the car. I did notice a bottle of bubbly ???? in the car after I purchased it which would probably be a nice touch for any drinkers out there but in my case I politely declined. How about a bottle of Pepsi next time ???? All in all a positive car buying experience and will definitely recommend them to others.
Jamie gave a great service when we purchased our car last week. He was informative about the vehicle, not pushy like other car garages we've looked at previously and everything was made very easy. Great that they will deliver the car to our home too. I would recommend Draytons when purchasing a car.

Super service and great communication throughout. I sent a friend who runs his own garage to inspect the vehicle in advance which would have rung alarm bells had there been anything wrong with it. However Drayton's seems an entirely honest and honourable business as many testimonies prove. Trustworthy with great customer service.
