    After reading reviews, I was hesitant to bring my older dog here for grooming, but the customer experience was excellent and my dog looks great. Thank you, Lucy!

    The groomers here really pay attention to what needs to be done. Everywhere else I go to they only take about an hour for a full groom but here, they take around 2 hours which kind of makes sense when the dog is long haired.

    A few months ago, my dog had a full groom booking made more than a month in advance, in that time she unfortunately got sick and had to be on antibiotics. Because the grooming appointment was coming up, I asked the vet if my dog will be able to attend the groom, and the vet said that she can as soon as she finishes the antibiotics. However, the staff at the groom room, who are not vets, had a different opinion. They did not allow my dog to be groomed and told me to make another appointment to allow more time to have passed since my dog finished the medication. I already waited nearly 2 months for this appointment and now I’d have to wait another 1.5 months for the next free appointment. I also had a voucher for a free full groom that was going to expire within 7 days which I was planning to use at this appointment. I emailed customer services to ask if the voucher could be extended due to the circumstances, and they responded telling me that this is fine and that a note has been made on the system for my pet to have her next groom free of charge. Finally, the time for my dog’s appointment arrives and when it’s time to pay, Jenny wants to see the voucher for the free full groom, so I show her a screenshot. She refuses to accept it, because it’s a screenshot and demands to see the voucher in the app. Since the voucher expired already, I was not able to select it on the app and show it to her, she denied to use it DESPITE an email from customer services telling me the voucher will be extended for us to use. I wasn’t going to post this because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but again, today my dog has been denied a groom despite booking THREE MONTHS in advance because „she is in season”. I was never notified that she will be unable to get groomed due to this and we have never been asked if she is in season before. The staff here hate their jobs and they will look for any excuse to turn you down (funnily enough, they turned down the person in front of us too) Absolutely appalling service, unfriendly staff and overall just poor service. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

    MY PUP WAS INJURED AND THEY SAID NOTHING AT PICK UP I have been to this groomer twice. At first, I didn't like the style they did on my dog and he seemed really unhappy when he got back to me. However, I thought that I should give them another chance and that if I described the style I wanted, perhaps it wouldn't be so bad after all. I was SO SO WRONG. I clearly described that I wanted my cockapoo to have his hair shorter for the summer but not too short at about 1.5-2 inches (he had his hair pretty long at this point with no mats or tangles as I'd just brushed him the night before). They cut his hair so short that it's barely half an inch of hair left. Additionally, I described that I wanted the hair on his ears left alone because we like the little curls on them. Not only did they trim his ears against our wishes, they also CUT HIM and said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of it when I went to pick him up. We discovered it because we were giving his ears a rinse (because it touched his food) and dried blood was washing off it and I was MORTIFIED and heartbroken. Additionally I was clear about the shape of the muzzle I wanted and even sent them a picture. The final result was nothing like the picture. They did nothing to the top of the muzzle and unevenly cut the bit below his chin. I understand that different cockapoos have different hair textures but these people have zero skills and still claim that they can do the cut you ask for. I'm actually surprised that they're still open given how rubbish they are at what they do. Please do save yourself and your pup the pain and avoid this place at all costs.

    My labrador is always a bit timid going in but comes out smelling great and with a big smile on his face. The staff are really friendly and are great with him.
