    Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Firstly when arriving to the hotel we arrived a hour before check in and they kindly let us check in early as the room was ready. Room was lovely and clean and heating was great during this winter weather. Receptionists we’re friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars for me. Lovely area too! Would stay again!

    To say that Staff was great, is a huge understatement. For a 3 star hotel, the treatment we received was above a 5 star hotel! Their kindness and professionalism exceeded our expectations! We felt welcome right from the first step in reception! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

    After reading such positive reviews I was really looking forward to staying here. When we arrived there was no one on reception to check in and had to wait a little while, there we no other staff in sight either. We were then kept awake all night by a flashing billboard out the room window, even with the curtains shut it lit up the whole room so had disturbed sleep anyway, only to be woken up very early by drilling and ongoing work above. It was really loud to a point you couldn’t hear a tv over the sound. Plenty of other people were complaining at reception about being woken up so early by this drilling as we should have been made aware of it. I originally booked for 2 nights, but we ended up leaving after 1 night due to the lack of sleep and noise. We felt more comfortable going home to our own beds. The hotel in itself is pristinely clean, room was very nice and has everything you would need. A shame about this experience, I wouldn’t return here.

    Nice reception with good services ????. Neatness (both reception and room): ???? Check in:???? Only problem I had was the fact that the bed in my room fell on one side (accidental I suppose). But I noticed that the bed frame is made of woods that are quite fragile. I will recommend better beds frames be put in place if all the beds are like that. I made sure this was reported to the Chiswick management before I left. Other than the bed experience I had which I'm sure is an unusual and rare incident, I think premier inn is not bad to do business with. Now, here is something that really surprised me after I sent an email to primer inn explaining my experience/ my customer feedback which I filled; Few days after my email/feedback, I got replies that my feedback/report have been reviewed and the management really apologised for what I experienced, and that I will get full refund of the hotel bill I paid within 15 working days. But I got refunded 4 days after this reply. I actually asked for a part refund when I reported all that happened, so I was really surprised I was FULLY refunded. This is really commendable of Premier Inn I must say. It shows that you guys are indeed very concerned about your customer satisfaction. Thumbs up to Premier Inn.???????????????? Not only that I will use premier inn again and again but can always recommend it to people. Keep up to the good job????.

    Really affordable rooms, very neat, polite and friendly staff. They serve a pretty good all inclusive breakfast for 10 pounds. But the location is not that great. It's about 0.8 miles from Turnham Green Station, which means you might need an uber to reach the hotel, if you don't have your own car.
