My favorite part of the hotel was the bar and dinner. It's very clean and huge. The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. However, the restaurant staff has a good training on customer service. The room I got was clean and big enough.
It was a Magnificent stay! All the staff are friendly, nice , attentive! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and very clean and it smells so good! Over all its great! Highly recommended. We stayed here last night and it is a delightful little hotel. We arrived late after a long journey and the staff was very welcoming. Rooms are clean and v.nicely put together. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff Pinky made food marvelous All the staff were very welcoming and friendly mostly i like Gary and pinky on the staff they are so cool and friendly people. A great little hotel. Thanks
An exceptionally peaceful hotel, with beautiful view. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious vegan options. Highly recommend
It is a great place to stay, the best hotel in this budget, the room we stayed in was peaceful, bathroom was super clean. Best part is it offers bar service. staff was polite. This hotel is easy accessible by all means of transport. Must try.
Absolutely terrible!! On arrival asked where the car park was, given directions which ended up being a bit of land at the back of someone’s garden. Also was informed of the parking coat until it landed in my bill. The room was damaged which they clearly knew about before I arrived and blamed the visitors from the previous week. The toilet seat was broken in half the one side, the shower knob was broken and came off making it difficult to turn the shower off. The blind was broken and did nothing. Once I asked about it they came and put a sheet up. The electrics wasn’t working and we’re effected by the room next doors kettle. The chair in the room was broken, the seat had collapsed in. The breakfast chairs around the tables are so sunken it was uncomfortable to sit down. The hotel is a terrible stay, I left feeling tired and ripped off!
