5 stars isn't enough! I would give more if I could! James Harrison at Garner & Hancock was fantastic in providing conveyancing for my first time house purchase. James was very thorough and was able to guide me with many aspects of the process. He was also able to deal with the solicitors on the seller's side who were nowhere near as prepared! James was prompt with responding and gave me all the information and advice I needed. I would highly recommend G&H!
